HG SERIES GRAVEL PUMP

The Horizontal Gravel Pumps (Our HG(H) Series Pumps) are designed for the transportation of highly abrasive materials with particles that are too large to be transported by common slurry pumps. Such as Mining, Power Plant, River Dredging, Tunneling and Tailing as well as specialty applications.

The gravel is casted as a single pump casing structure with smmoth over-current channel. The flow passage parts are made of high chromium wear resistant alloy. The outlet direction of this kind pump can be adjusted according to the requested direction.

Our Gravel pump reduced water and energy consumption, has long wear life and ease of maintenance.

Our HG(H) Series Gravel Pump has the characteristics of thick abrasive parts, large impeller and wide flow passage. It is suitable for conveying slurries of high abrasion, large particles, and high temperature slurries.

The Hydraulic design focuse on reduce internal turbulence, and the large diameter impellers balance the efficiency and extend wear life.

The wet parts of high chromium alloy can reach more than 28%, and the Rockwell hardness HRC can reach 66. Also we used the famous brand bearing to make sure it has special performance in resistance to wear and corrosion.

Compared to HWG series, HWGH pumps are designed for more head demand.
